Non-Autoclave PVB and EVA laminating machine
- The machine that laminating safety glass with PVB film can laminating in one step, without pre-press exhaust machine;
- No need autoclave;
- No need condition room for close glass with PVB film;
- Machine works with PLC and touching monitor;
- Machine has many working layers, and many heating layers, and one vacuum pump ,every heating layer works independently;
- It need 1-4 hours one time for PVB laminating glass of the machine;
- Produce cost of PVB Laminating glass is near that of EVA laminating glass (5mm+5mm glass PVB laminating cost is 1.3- -2 kW*hour);
- PVB film is same to others of using in autoclave;
- Can laminating glass with fabric. This is one advantage with Autoclave line;
- Can also laminating safety glass with EVA film – PVB &EVA 2-in-1.
- Heating both side of glass;
- Many working platforms, each working platform is independently controlled;
- Electricity: 380V, 50HZ, 3 phases and 5 wires;
- Power: 33KW-105KW;
- Simultaneously heating upper side and down side of glass;
- Standard size of processed glass can be 3660 x 2440 x 50mm;
- Maximum size of processed glass can be: longer (not limited) x 3300 x 150mm;
- Siemens PLC, touching monitor;
- Many levels of heating temperatures and many times of heating and heat preservation are allowed to be pre-set;
- Circuit control and air switch control are all independent;
- 4 hooks for easy lifting the machine;
- Maximum working environment temperature;
- A hub is available for connecting control set and working set. All wires in between control-set, hub and working set are collected inside protect pipes or cables;
- Increase wind circulation function, heating more even.
- Production period: 40-50days after receiving advance payment;
- Advance payment: 50%;
- 70% of order value: paid by T/T;
- Delivery after receiving full payment;
- If we installation the machine and training the operator at your company, the all travel expenses including foods, transportation and accommodation will fund by your company. For 2 persons, 10 days.
