There's a solution to make doors. It needs two machines: Laser wood carving machine + Vacuum forming machine
1st, use wood carving mode, carving wood, making door;
2nd,use laser mode, cutting foam into the same shape or different, just fit with the carved door shape, put it onto carved wood door;
3rd, put leather(with glue) onto foam;
4th, put above things into Vacuum forming machine
Final products comes out. It can be called: Soft packed door. See pictures below.
The traditional method is manual, hand worked. But it’s not perfect, cause there’s gaps between the joint patterns on door. Click to download attached file: “Traditional method.zip”
